My design “Fiery Peacock”, carved onto plaster and layered with many translucent and iridescent glazes of paint. This is one of the first plaster paintings I applied to a cigar box.
The box has been lined with fabric, and can be used to keep your valuables. The box measures 7″ x 9″ x 2″. The box is signed under the sheer fabric, and I have also carved my initials, DRW, onto the painting.
Personally, I would like to display the piece on an easel and have a secret hiding place, but that’s up to you.
